There’s nothing more frustrating than needing answers to your questions and not being able to get in touch with someone. That’s why at StarPoint, after the call center closes, all team members can be reached by e-mail after hours. We return e-mails after hours as quickly as possible so you’re never without assistance, day or night. Simply email us and a team member will be responding shortly.
Faxing Us After Hours
If you’re faxing in your membership forms after hours or on the weekend, we’ll get them and activate your account, day or night. We’ll send you an e-mail that your forms have been received and your account has been activated so you can get the reports you need, when you need them.
Live Chat
During our call center hours, you can also talk with us through our Live Chat option online. By clicking on our live chat link, you’ll immediately be connected online to a customer care team member who can answer your questions quickly.
